Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company`s business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior, and use insights to inform product development and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Develop sales plans and strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention, working closely with the sales team to identify target markets, sales channels, and pricing models.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, vendors, and industry influencers.
- Manage and mentor the sales team members, providing guidance, training, and feedback as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and finance, to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience across all touchpoints.
