Job Responsibilities
- Overall management and supervision of apparel operations.
- Factory inspection and factory performance monitoring.
- Oversee quality, production and operational management.
- Manage merchandising and marketing activities.
- Product development and technical support development.
- Monitor shipment-related activities and ensure timely execution.
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and standards.
- Coordinate with factories, buyers and internal teams.
- Support management in operational planning and decision-making.
- Resolve operational, production, quality and merchandising issues.
- Ensure smooth execution of buyer requirements from product development through shipment.
- Take strategic and operational decisions for the apparel division.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
- Age 35 to 58 years
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the RMG/apparel industry.
- Strong factory, production, quality and merchandising knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor/Honors
