Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with international clients through email and other communication channels.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses.
- Maintain client databases and follow-up lists.
- Check and respond to client emails and coordinate with the production team.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and documents.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure proper resolution and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Age 23 to 30 years
- Only Male
- Strong English writing and communication skills are essential, as the role involves communicating with international clients through email and other channels.
- Candidates with good English speaking and writing skills will be given preference.
- Fresh graduates from private universities are highly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should have good computer skills, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, Emailing, and internet browsing.
- Candidates should be confident, responsible, quick learners, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, International Business
