Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by email.
- Provide customers with timely shipment and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with port terminals, warehouses, customers, brokers, and drivers.
- Communicate delays, changes, and operational issues promptly.
- Update dispatch systems, spreadsheets, and customer records accurately.
- Coordinate last-minute changes and prioritize urgent loads.
- Maintain accurate documentation and dispatch records.
- Escalate unresolved operational issues to management when necessary.
- Complete all other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Age 23 to 26 years
- The applicant must be fluent in English.
- Should not have any study plans for the next 2–3 years.
- The role requires working a full shift from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (including breaks).
- We recommend this position only for those who can commit patiently and consistently for the long term.
- The applicant should have a computer with good specifications, power backup, and stable high-speed internet.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Educational Requirement

Experience
