Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular performance check-in calls with field sales and factory staff
- Review KPI results and follow up on employees` action plans and commitments
- Identify real difficulties and excuse patterns, and flag execution or compliance issues
- Follow through with relevant departments until issues are resolved
- Prepare monthly performance reports with findings and recommendations for management
- Identify training needs for factory staff based on feedback and performance
- Reinforce company values in daily work: Integrity, Efficiency, Resilience
Requirements
- Age At least 23 years
- 3–6 years in sales operations, field or channel monitoring, distributor management, RMG compliance or audit, microfinance or NGO monitoring, or employee performance review in HR department.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Experience following up on issues until they are resolved
- Good with numbers and reasoning, and able to notice when something doesn't add up
- Calm under pressure, and able to communicate firmly with both frontline staff and senior managers
- Fluent in Bangla, with good written English for reports
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience
- 3 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Importer, Power, Technical Infrastructure
