Job Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient and inpatient medical services.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients according to standard clinical guidelines.
- Attend emergency and critical patients as required.
- Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans in compliance with BMDC guidelines.
- Coordinate with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Participate in ward rounds, health awareness activities, and hospital quality improvement initiatives.
- Perform shift duties, night duties, and on-call responsibilities as assigned by the management.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection prevention protocols, and patient safety standards.
Requirements
Experience Requirements
- At least 1-5 years of clinical experience in a reputed hospital will be preferred.
Educational Requirement
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
- Valid BMDC Registration (Mandatory).
- Fresh graduates with completed internships are also encouraged to apply.
